Hi, I’m Aviv.

Before starting Resumella, I had a successful career in tech, within the startup ecosystem in key Learning and Development roles.

As a Director with seven years of leadership experience, I had gained a 360 degree view by hiring, building teams, and coaching professionals.

I built Resumella after 14 years of supporting job seekers.

This along with my hiring experience led me to develop a unique model for job searching.
